 YFKK、YFKS系列风机用高压三相异步电动机是我公司采用国内外先进技术，针对风机的运行特性而设计制造的产品.

技术参数：

 中心高355~710mm，功率220~4500kW，本系列电动机基本安装方式为卧式（IMB3）结构，外壳防护等级为IP54、IP55。YFKK系列冷却方式IC611，YFKS系列冷却方式IC81W,绝缘等级F级，环境温度-15℃~+40℃，海拔不超过1000m。该系列电机性能参数、安装尺寸与同级别电压的YKK、YKS系列相同。

主要特点及依据标准:

 具有结构紧凑、重量轻、高效、节能、噪声低、振动小、可靠性高、使用寿命长、安装维护方便等优点。本系列电动机采用方箱式结构，机座用钢板焊成箱形，重量轻、钢度好、定子绕组采用真空压力浸渍无溶剂漆工艺（VPI）处理。因此，电动机的绝缘性能优良可靠，机械强度好，防潮能力强。

应用范围及使用环境：

 本系列电动机可用于驱动各种的送风机、引风机、一次风机、排粉风机等，也可驱动特性相似的其他机械。

YFKK 、YFKS series of high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors for fans are products designed and manufactured by our company based on the operational characteristics of fans, adopting advanced domestic and international technologies.

Technical parameters

The center height ranges from 355 to 710mm, and the power is from 220 to 4500kW. The basic installation method of this series of motors is horizontal (IMB3) structure, and the enclosure protection grade is IP54 and IP55. The YFKK series cooling method is IC611, the YFKS series cooling method is IC81W, the insulation class is F, the ambient temperature is -15℃ to +40℃, and the altitude does not exceed 1000m. The performance parameters and installation dimensions of this series of motors are the same as those of the YKK and YKS series at the same voltage level.

Main features and basis standards:

It features a compact structure, light weight, high efficiency, energy conservation, low noise, small vibration, high reliability, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance. This series of motors adopts a square box structure. The frame is welded into a box shape with steel plates, which is light in weight and has good rigidity. The stator winding is treated with vacuum pressure impregnation of solvent-free paint (VPI) process. Therefore, the motor has excellent and reliable insulation performance, good mechanical strength and strong moisture-proof ability.

Application scope and usage environment

This series of motors can be used to drive various types of supply fans, exhaust fans, primary fans, powder discharge fans, etc., and can also drive other machinery with similar characteristics.
