YBK3系列煤矿井下用隔爆型三相异步电动机，是在 YBK2系列基础上统一设计开发的更新换代产品。该系列依据GB3836.1-2010《爆炸性环境第1部分:设备 通用要求》和 GB3836.2-2010〈爆炸性环境第2部分:由隔爆外壳“d”保护的设备》，制成隔爆型。执行标准JBT 9593.1-2015《煤矿用隔爆型三相异步电动机技术条件 第1部分: YBK3 系列煤矿井下用隔爆型三相异步电动机(机座号80~ 355)》，同时也符合 MT451-1995《煤矿用隔爆型低压三相异步电动机安全性能通用技术规范》的规定，该产品具有性能优良，使用安全可靠，振动、噪声比同类产品更低的特点，符合环保要求。YBK3 系列煤矿井下用隔爆型三相异步电动机，防爆标志ExdIMb。该系列电动机适用于煤矿井下(采掘工作面)有爆炸性气体混合物存在的场所。本系列电动机的功率等级、安装尺寸符合国际电工委员会(IEC)标准，其对应关系与德国 DIN42673 标准相同，有利于出口设备的配套和引进设备的配套。

本系列电动机的外壳防护等级为IP55，冷却方式为IC411。

The standard JB/T 9593.1-2015 ($pecification of flameproof three-phase induction motors for mines. Part1: YBK3 series flameproof three-phase induction motors for coal mines (frame size 80 w 355)》 also comply with the provisionsof MT451-1995 ( General specification for low voltage three phase flameproof induction motor for coal mine> . The products haveexcellent performance, safe and relable operation, lower vibration and noise than similar products, and meet the recuirements of environmental protection.
