Use of variable frequency explosion-proof motor

 

Frequency conversion explosion-proof motor is generally used in petroleum factories, chemical plants and other flammable and explosive mixtures, because its explosion-proof function can play freely in these places, automatically adjust the frequency, the slip can also be compensated accordingly, there will be no speed gap problem, the precision of speed regulation is also superior to other explosion-proof motors. Low-frequency operation work is necessary in some occasions, these functions and characteristics are other explosion-proof motors can not be replaced and replaced, so frequency conversion explosion-proof motors play an irreplaceable role in some special occasions.

1. For constant power variable frequency motor, when the speed exceeds 3000r/min, special grease with high temperature resistance should be used to compensate for the temperature rise of the bearing.

2. For the vibration and noise problems of the motor, the rigidity of the motor components and the whole should be fully considered, and the natural frequency should be increased as much as possible to avoid resonance with each force wave.

4. Cooling method: forced ventilation cooling is generally used, that is, the main motor cooling fan is driven by an independent motor.

5. To prevent shaft current measures, bearing insulation measures should be adopted for motors with capacity exceeding 160KW.
